RentalGuide Beta 1 is a vacation rentals online
property search tool.It allows property management companies to list all of the properties
they manage for
property owners. Rental companies have the ability to add property descriptions and
property photos through the administrative web interface. In addition to the individual
property photo the agency may add an additional 9 photos of the property with the
"PhotoTour" feature.
The seasonal dates and rates are all dynamic and apply on a per property basis.
These are also set in the admin area and you may have as many dates and rates as you need.
Property amenities are also set on a per property basis via a check box, don't
see an amenity in the list? No problem just add it to the form fieled provided
on the new property form.
Agencies may also set dated specials on certain properties that will appear on the start
date in the specials section.The special will be automatically removed from the
specials page on the end date of the special.
RentalGuide also has an advertisers/attractions section.This may be used to sell
ads to local companies that cater to vacationers, such as bike rentals restaurants,
night clubs and more.
The current beta version has 3 theme sets included that with one click will change the
look of the site. The admin may choose to turn off certain links if they choose.
All of the information for locations property types views can all be set for the
region/area.
Want to show where the property is located? No problem with RentalGuide. Every property
that is added has a set of map coordinates.These are based on maps the admin provides to
the program at the addition of each new property. Just click the map exactly where the
property is located and you are done mapping the location.
You may have as many maps as you need in order to cover the area that the Property
Management company covers. RentalGuide also has a built in local weather function that
shows Doppler 4 day forecast radar, perception and satellite views.
The admin for the RentalGuide also has an online file editor. The Online File Editor gives
the administrator the ability to add pages to the site modify the content of any
files in the application and manage all of the image files right from a browser window. No
ftp is needed with RentalGuide. The file library is almost an application in its self!
