All Co Lo Dedicated servers are responsible for there own backup solutions, email solution, DNS and ftp.

Managed Servers: Any machine that requires LBG to do any of the following DNS, IIS, Email and ftp server software.
Client retains administrative rights.
Add $300.00 monthly for LBG managed server.
LBG will charge a minimum of $125.00 per/hour for excessive support request on servers that are not under the "Managed Server" contract. Client may cancel contracts on dedicated servers with 30 day notice.
